Complete text of the regulations

1. When young people under the age of 16 use the room, the presence of an adult resident over the age of 18 is required throughout the entire period of use of the room.
2. The room’s operating hours are 08:00-23:00. Use of the room after 23:00 is prohibited!!! The room will be locked after 23:00.
3. Permitted use is for social gatherings of up to 15 people. Parties of any kind may not be held.
4. When the room is reserved for use by more than 10 people, a security cheque in the amount of ₪600 will be deposited with the management company. It will be returned after the management company has inspected the room and found no damage or dirt in it.
5. Smoking in the room is prohibited! Food may not be brought into the room, except for refreshments and soft drinks.
6. Cleanliness, quiet, and the equipment in the room must be maintained. Under no circumstances may the furniture in the room be moved from its place, especially the snooker table.
7. If there is dirt or damage in the room at the time of entry, it must be reported immediately to the management company and/or the building committee.
8. The room must be cleaned and tidied at the end of its use.
9. The resident who reserved the room for their family will bear the cost of cleaning (₪300) or repairing damage (according to the damage), whether or not that resident was present in the room, if the room was not cleaned at the end of use or damage was caused.
10. The room is filmed and recorded 24/7.
11. A resident who violates these regulations will be prohibited from entering the residents’ room.
12. The building committee reserves the right to stop any activity in the room immediately and remove the users from it if the users violate the rules.
13. For installation of and guidance on using the Hombi app, contact the management company.
14. If the rules are not observed, the room will be locked immediately and its use will be prohibited for all residents of the buildings until further notice!
